Funny Dares for Truth Or Dare/ Forfeits in a Classroom

Here’s a list of funny dares for Truth Or Dare/forfeits that you can do in a classroom, or you can just do them for fun during class if you’re really bored.

  1. Stand up whenever the teacher says a particular word, like “umm” or “okay” or “ionic bonding”.
  2. Say “Awesome!” really loudly after the teacher says something a) of your choice or b) of your friends’ choice.
  3. Draw a mustache on your face. It can be a hitler mustache, a Hercule Poirot mustache, a bushy walrus mustache, or you can stick some strips of paper to your chin for a confucius mustache. Bonus points if you stroke it whenever a teacher asks you a question.
  4. Answer every question the teacher asks for the next ten minutes, even if you don’t know the answer. (Adjust the time frame to how often your teacher asks questions.)
  5. Raise your hand and tell the teacher something completely irrelevant to the lesson, like “I have four tortoises at home” or “My mother likes eating turnips.”
  6. Tell the teacher that he/she is very pretty/handsome.
  7. Tell the teacher that he/she is balding.
  8. Sing happy birthday to someone in class.
  9. Without talking, try to get someone (who’s not in the game) to say your name/give you a pencil/untie your laces. The person has to be at least three seats away. (or more, if you like.)
  10. Balance a book on your head for one minute.
  11. Grin stupidly at the teacher (and not speak) whenever he/she address you until the period is over.
  12. Eat something. (Hopefully you have access to some edible foodstuff)
  13. Kiss your boyfriend/girlfriend. If he/she does not sit next to you, move to him/her. If you do not have a girlfriend/boyfriend, or if he/she is not in that particular class, kiss something a) of your choice or b) of your friend’s choice
  14. Say something absurd (loudly). Like “a squared plus b squared equals five pi two cosine teeter.”
  15. Switch off the lights in the classroom. When the teacher asks you why you did that, say something extremely ridiculous, like you’re a vampire and you can’t survive in brightly-lit places.
  16. Raise your hand and ask the teacher if you may go to Mars/the principal’s office/the movies/meet your secret unicorn/look for Santa Claus.
  17. Take out your shoes and leave them off until the teacher says something pre-determined, such as “ok”. Bonus if you have smelly feet.
  18. Talk only to your pencils for five minutes/your next turn.
  19. Switch a piece of clothing a) of your choice b) of your friends’  choice with someone a) of your choice or b) of your friends’ choice.
  20. Walk to the waste paper basket and declare your undying love for it. The more dramatically the better.
  21. Walk to the waste paper basket and kick it over.
  22. Laugh suddenly and loudly, for no apparent reason. The longer you sustain the laugh, the better.
  23. Pin a note to your back, like “I’m the ruler of the world” or something equally ridiculous (like a donkey tail), and walk to the front of the class and back, under the guise of throwing something in the wastepaper bin, sharpening your pencil, picking something up, borrowing something, or whatever you can think of. If someone tries to tell you about it, pretend not to understand what he/she is talking about.
  24. Walk to the window/door and open it. Then go back to your seat. When/if your teacher asks you what you are doing, say you thought you saw a piece of the sky falling.
  25. Pretend to argue with yourself about something of your own choice. Continue until a) at least seven classmates notice and give you weird looks, or b) the teacher tells you to cut it out.
  26. Have a conversation with the teacher for at least two minutes.
  27. Speak in an exaggerated accent (Boston, British, Cockney, American-if you’re not American, Indian, Russian, Darth Vader, Squeaky and high-pitched, Japanese, posh royalty) whenever anyone addresses you for the next fifteen minutes.
  28. Make an “ommmmm” sound until someone notices. When he/she asks what you are doing, say something wise.
  29. Hum a song/soundtrack until someone at least five seats away guesses what it is.
  30. Do ten jumping jacks, or two push ups.
